About Me

Molly graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. She was admitted to practice in December 2014 having completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. Molly joined Pearsons in 2015.

After graduating from University Molly commenced working as Deputy Associate to his Honour Judge Curtain, Federal Circuit Court of Australia. During her 2 years working with Judge Curtain Molly was exposed to a wide range of parenting, property and maintenance matters, and worked with Judge Curtain in the relocation list. Molly’s role as Deputy Associate gave her invaluable insight and knowledge of court processes, procedures, advocacy and judicial thinking in Family Law.

Since 2012 Molly has volunteered at the Fitzroy Legal Service as a paralegal and more recently as a solicitor, assisting clients with a range of legal issues, including in Family Law. Molly also volunteered at the Broadmeadows Legal Service during her studies.

Outside of Pearsons Molly enjoys keeping fit, playing basketball, exploring new restaurants and bars in Melbourne and live music.
